Depression and anxiety are two of the most common issues that bring people to therapy.  Together, we will explore triggers for these feelings, and work on developing coping skills to address them.  Everyone feels depressed or anxious at one time or another.  Developing the skills to cope with these feelings will be a useful tool that you can use throughout your life in many different situations.
